Contact (02) 730-1000 to contact Globe's call-in service representative.
The procedure for requesting a lost SIM card (and having the same number) is:
- the SIM card must not be expired (eg. must have loaded with credits within the last few weeks or months)
- submit Affidavit of Loss (notarized) to nearest Globe business center (present in many malls)
- show ID / proof of billing in your name (eg. driver's license, Meralco bill, etc)
- present proof (2 or more) that you are the owner of said number/SIM card:
- if you're a G-Cash member, it would help if you have the receipt of the SIM card when you bought it, or the SIM bed of the SIM card
- remember the last calls (contact numbers) you made with the cellphone/SIM card before it was lost
- remember the last SMS / text messages (contact numbers) you made with the cellphone / SIM card before it was lost
- Pay P50 when the new SIM card becomes available (generally, within 24 hours)
